About Us

The MLP Group, LLP is a group of family-owned, affiliated businesses that specialize in providing customers with a full service real estate center. The MLP Group, LLP was founded by R. Brandon Moore and Richard Moore, Ph.D. in 2006. The company began providing residential and commercial real estate services to customers in 2003 through its first company, Moore Land & Properties, LLP. Since the inception of Moore Land & Properties, LLP, the founders have expanded their services to cover all aspects of the real estate process.

MLP Financial Services, LLC was formed in 2006 in order to provide customers with residential and commercial financing. MLP Construction, LLC was formed in 2007 to provide customers with residential and commercial construction services. Additionally, in 2007, R. Brandon Moore, opened R. Brandon Moore, PLLC in order to provide The MLP Group, LLP's customers with legal advice regarding any legal issues that may arise and to provide title services to close customers' real estate transactions.

All of these companies combined allow a customer the conveniece of coming to one location to complete a real estate transaction. This unique service that The MLP Group, LLP offers, greatly reduces the stress and time most customers experience in seeking out the necessary services required to find, buy, sell, construct, finance, and/or close a real estate transaction. Our goal in providing these combined services is to make the process of buying or selling real estate as simple and as exciting as it should be for all of our customers.
